Lindsay Lohan can't catch a break these days.
Despite rumors that she landed a role that could help resurrect her career, she was just "fired" as Victoria Gotti in Gotti: Three Generations.
LiLo wasn't officially on board, but was rumored to be starring in the biopic about John Gotti and his days running the Gambino crime family.
"I promise you Lindsay Lohan is not playing Victoria Gotti," producer Mark Fiore told E! News today. "Talks have stopped and we are done."
Fiore emphasized again that "We have no discussions with her."
Ouch! Apparently, the troubled star's management pushed for an offer that the producers COULD refuse. Quite easily, as it turned out ...

Tom Lippolis is doing everything he can to tarnish JWoww's reputation.
First, he relentlessly tried to hawk pics of JWoww nude, only to be turned aside by a court order. Now he's accusing the Jersey Shore star of attacking him.
Not a kind of standard, run-of-the-mill attack like when she beats down Sammi in Seaside Heights, either. He's talking drunken knife-fight style!
Tom alleges that on March 6, 2010, J-Woww got furious at him for taking a picture with a girl, and the argument escalated quickly and violently.
“Jenni was screaming really hateful remarks,” he says. “She told me, ‘You’re a jerk and you’re an a**hole!’ We were screaming at each other.”
From there, Tom says that JWoww - who's now dating Roger Williams - grabbed a “short steak knife,” and she STABBED him in the arm!

When the story first broke about Matthew Bellamy getting Kate Hudson pregnant, many people did not know who he was, or that they were even together.
Now, Hudson herself has opened up about their love story, including sharing how they met and offering a peek into what led to a surprise pregnancy.
"You always hear people say, 'I never thought this would be the person I would end up with,' but I don't think you ever really know," the star says.
Of the musician (he's Muse's frontman), she says, "I love that Matthew knows how to express himself. He shows his love. He communicates."
She was watching Radiohead's Thom Yorke - also a rumored boyfriend of hers back in the day - with a guy from high school when they met.
"We realized that we had met a few years earlier, in Australia. Then I got distracted and said, 'I've got to find my friends; I don't know where they went.' He just looked at me and said, 'Come on, I'll take care of you.'"

Lindsay Lohan either fancies herself on par with these celebrities, or really hates her dad, or a combination of both, because she's gonna ditch the "Lohan."
"Lindsay is dropping the Lohan and just going by Lindsay," her mom Dina Lohan tells PopEater, and that's not all. "Plus, me and [younger daughter] Ali will be officially changing our last names back to my maiden name, Sullivan."
Lindsay had been thinking about dropping her surname for some time, Dina says, but at first thought that no one would recognize who "Lindsay" was.
It was only after the infamous Super Bowl E-trade ad referring to a baby as "that milkaholic Lindsay," that the actress knew she no longer needed it.
Ironically, she bitched, moaned and even sued over that, but whatever.
"So many of the top people in showbiz are known by one name. Look at Oprah and Beyonce. Now you can add Lindsay to that list," a family friend said.
More importantly, "It's a way for them all to just start over. No one in the family want anything to do with Lindsay's father [Michael Lohan] anymore."
MiLo has not yet commented, but he's got a lot on his plate. Like felony domestic violence charges. Dropping the Lohan might not be so bad, Linds ...

With the dust settling after an emotional Jersey Shore season finale, all eyes are on Italy, where Season 4 of the MTV show will be filmed as early as mid-April.
Having just delivered the best ratings of the three seasons so far, fans are clamoring for more, blowing up the web for news about the fourth season already.
