Despite this actor's attempts to remove his name from the upcoming Brittney Jones sex tape, Vivid isn't just going ahead with the release; it's promoting the DVD with the tagline: "The Alleged Affair That Rocked A Hollywood Power Couple!"

Another day, another absurd story from Betty Ford. Lindsay Lohan is a suspect in a criminal battery investigation after getting into a scuffle ... in rehab.
The Palm Desert Police Department is investigating the altercation, which occurred after Lindsay and her roommates went out to A BAR and came back.
Upon arriving at their sober house, the incident with a female staffer allegedly went down. Police were called after a "hand-to-hand battery" complaint.
Cops came to Betty Ford after receiving the call and interviewed both the staffer - who "desired prosecution" - and the oft-troubled star herself.
It's unclear if this was related to Lohan's rager in rehab this month, but when police finish investigating, prosecutors will decide how to proceed.
Whether they file charges is anyone's guess, but she could be sent back to jail because she's still technically on probation until August 2011.

After 16 years together, or at least sort of together (when he wasn't on Rock of Love or putting it to Tish Cyrus), Bret Michals and Kristi Gibson are engaged!
Bret proposed to Kristi - where else - on the finale of Bret Michaels: Life As I Know It on VH1. Gibson is the mother of his daughters Raine, 10, and Jorja, 5.
Down on one knee, the Poison frontman said, "Please say yes or the rejection will kill me right now." Fortunately for all of us, Gibson responded positively!
Gibson and their daughters stayed by Bret Michaels' side earlier this year when he suffered a terrifying brain hemorrhage and then a subsequent stroke.
"She's the one who put up with me all these years," Bret, who hinted this summer that he might finally put a ring on it, told Us Magazine of Kristi.
Immediately after Gibson accepted his proposal, he broke the happy news to the girls: "[I told them] 'I did it! We'll all be together forever! Family hug!'"

Seriously, revealing her scars? That's the best you've got? We'll jump at the chance to ridicule Mr. and Mrs. Spencer Pratt, but give us SOME material.
Also, nice tease for Prince William, Kate Middleton and “Why They Split.” Last we checked, they got engaged quite recently and remain happily so.

What started off as any other day for T.I. ended like none other.
The rap star helped a suicidal man come off a ledge after hearing about it on radio station V103, located in the building the man was going to hurl himself off. Having fallen on hard times himself, T.I. found a little redemption Wednesday.
"People were trying to talk to him and get him down," T.I. recalls. "Something in my heart just said, 'You need to help.' At that point, I started calling people."
The radio station said the man was unresponsive to their pleas not to jump – so T.I. drove there, "talked to a police officer and he sent me to the negotiator."
"They told him I was there and he started responding a little."
"I told him it's not that bad, that I was there for him and there is nothing you can't get through as long as you're willing to put time and energy into it,'" he says, adding, "'but first thing's first. You're going to have to come down and holler at me.'"
